Banana Strawberry Smoothie

Any smoothie can have the water replaced with a scoop of whey protein — making it a complete meal!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 frozen banana, sliced
- 5 or 6 frozen strawberries
- 1 cup filtered water or milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions: Place all ingredients in the blender and pulse until the fruits are fully crushed.
Then blend for 2 more minutes or until well combined. Serve in a large glass!
