Beet, Orange and Carrot Juice
The combination of beet, orange, and carrot creates a powerful trio of nutrients. Beet is rich in natural nitrates that improve circulation and energy levels.

Carrot brings beta-carotene, essential for eye and skin health. Orange delivers an abundance of vitamin C, strengthening the immune system and boosting iron absorption. Together, these three ingredients create a highly antioxidant juice that fights free radicals and protects the body. Simple, natural, and powerful!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 small beet
- 3 oranges
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/2 cup filtered water (90ml)
- Ice
Instructions:
Chop the beet and carrot, place in the blender with half a cup of filtered water. Blend well and set aside. Squeeze the 3 oranges and strain the juice. Then simply mix the fresh orange juice with the blended ingredients.
Sweeten if desired.
#Tip Orange is a great source of vitamin C and a powerful antioxidant — it helps the body better absorb iron from food. However, when blended in a blender, the fibers are broken down and the iron absorption may be reduced. The tip for this recipe is to avoid blending the orange juice in the blender, preserving its nutritional value. Therefore, simply mix it with the already blended ingredients. Finally, serve in a glass over ice. 🍊
