Strawberry Smoothie
A quick, healthy, and delicious smoothie — perfect for breakfast or a post-workout snack!

Ingredients :
1 frozen banana
1 cups frozen strawberries
0.5 cups Greek yogurt
0.5 cups milk or a whey protein shake
1 teaspoons honey
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, add more almond milk to reach the desired consistency. Serve in a large glass and enjoy!
Tip: Almond milk and yogurt can be replaced with just water — the frozen banana makes the smoothie thick and creamy on its own. If you no longer have the habit of consuming sugar, you can skip the honey. A few drops of vanilla extract work great too!
